Returns

JDM ICON strives to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with their products. Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your product (with the exception of custom/on-demand products), as long as the product is in a resalable condition no questions asked.

In the event your product is faulty we will work with you to either replace or partially refund your order.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for customers free of charge as long as the product is unworn/unwashed. Customers will be responsible for related shipping charges.

 

Custom/On-Demand Products

Due to the one off nature of custom products, JDM ICON is unable to provide returns on these products. However if the product is faulty we will re-print your product free of charge.

カスタム製品は1回限りの性質であるため、JDMICONはこれらの製品の返品を提供できません。ただし、製品に欠陥がある場合は、無料で製品を再印刷します。
